I killed them as a Marine along with other marines while he was organizing some cock fights between xenos and marines. Following suit, a rage fit ensued in dead chat, threatening to meta-target/grudge me.

While I would normally believe this to be just normal d-chat salt, there are more logs from previous rounds that I possess and that make me believe this player is indeed prone to meta-grudging me.
