Description of the incident:

I was a survivor, the round just ended, I had been shoving the CE, Rockwell, a non-maliciously-- I was going to table them at the round end but then was promptly mag-dumped by the CE. Afterwards the CE continuously stabbed my body with a knife, a passerby asked what the hell they were doing and the CE said 'I'm busy.' and continued to stab my body over and over.

Ahelped it but no response due to round ending shortly after

Reviewing the logs shows Mitchell Rockwell responding to shoving with a firearm, killing Locke 'CAS' Briggs, which falls under Improper Escalation.

From the CM Rules Wiki:
Escalation: Fists/General melee=>Knives/Dangerous melee=>Lethal Weapons
"Do not attack another player without a legitimate, explainable roleplay reason that could be applied in a similar, real-life scenario. A fist fight does not suddenly escalate into a gun fight."

Because there is a note for improper escalation that was placed within a day of this report, I will be pinning a note to the account of TheKozmos/Mitchell Rockwell to reflect his incident.
Please be aware that a third offense of this nature may result in a ban.
