Reason for Ban Going out of my way to get myself killed as SL. Jumping into ASRS, jumping out of the dropship
Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable):Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc). If you were in the wrong, explain what you did that was wrong, and describe how you have or will improve your behavior. Hello there.
Frankly I never really innately wanted to get myself killed as SL with grief in mind, I just played with fun in mind, and sometimes that meant sacrificing myself to ASRS and exploring the abyss of space on the dropship, which wound up with me being pushed out by a marine (It very much wasn't me that tried to step out).
I've been a reckless player, I did notice that, and wound up dying as SL more than was Ideal, I also noticed that as marine. But I eventually settled to play a little bit of a more spectating role, such as RTO, and I've learned to enjoy assisting rather than leading the charge and trying to recover a single marine while having no squaddies next to me.
I understand what the death of an SL does to the Squad, as most of the cohesion is lost with their perma-death and someone, without the true intent of leading has to step up and disrupt the flow of orders.
If I ever run my SL I will play with a different mindset and playstyle than when running marine, as I believe I've relatively managed to hammer it down while playing RTO.
Do you understand that making low-effort appeals (short/does not address the issue/shitposts) may lead to immediate denial and/or other types of consequences? Yes
