I am honestly dissapointed beyond words in your behaviour, your clear lies, and your lies of omission. I myself have given you multiple chances but you clearly are not improving, even when posting your logs you are quite literally seen calling for MPs to be killed, before doing this

You then lied to me in DMs about your past notes, claimed you didn't shoot the MP, then proceeded to use your calling card of calling staff corrupt, threw around some insults and the old wishing cancer meme once you were caught in a lie. Your ban was escalated, eventually to a month after this behavior which you historically have, as you were showing a clear lack of improvement. We have spoken previously about your behaviour and I chose to give you the benefit of the doubt because I always believed you were a slightly younger player with a self-admitted anger problem, and you'd grow out of it. Instead, you've shown no signs of improvement or self-growth in this area.

Shooting an MP as a Specialist and trying to kill them because you got aoe flashed and peppersprayed is clearly a breach of the roleplay standards and the grief territories you have had both involved MPs and without.

The only thing I regret with our interaction was I was during my opening interaction, rather than using Hello dumb-dumb which is my more casual way of defusing someone, I said dipshit so it came across as ruder than disarming. So apologies if you took it that way. I do strongly recommend you use this time to look at your anger issues and, if I'm quite honest here, get out of the victim and deep state conspiracy complex which is clearly not helping you in any way.

I never said I didn't shoot mp you asked me about previous interactions referencing a recent note which I pointed out had everyone involved get day ban, myself included. Show me logs where I said such a thing about today's incident. I DARE YOU TO! You can't because I didn't say anything of that sort. You instantly came at me and pinned entire incident on me when at no point did I try stop that MP from doing his job. Fact is you instantly started on me on because had note from weirdest shit ever involved MOSTLY CL not the MPs although they did wind up involved. If you could take five minutes and learn to read I even admitted YES I did shoot him in retaliation for all of the spraying and flashing on me when wasn't even in his way.

What I demonstrated here is the START of the entire incident which is key problem the you banned me for when I was one ahelp over it all once had chance to, half hour later into the round when was busy trying play. So keep lying you only make yourself look more asinine. Admin logs were clear on what I said and how you suddenly came at me over past incident that everyone involved already got punished for. Was I aware someone noted it as messing with MPs no? Do I think it should have? Fuck no it was issue with CL trying get me killed over breaking a wall which I promptly fixed.

After reviewing what was posted in this report, it's obvious you broke the IE rule, because you don't shoot MPs for doing their jobs and pepper spraying people. I suggest you file a ban appeal instead. I'm going to save the trouble of a staff member pulling logs on this one.
However, solidfury's action of referring to you as a dipshit are unacceptable.

I will be forwarding this to silencer for disciplinary action and he will update the thread on what he decides.

The other parts of this report seem to have already been resolved, I will just add that as solid admitted, the "dumbass" comment did not help the matter and I made sure that not only solid, but all staff are aware to not use aggressive phrases like this in direct communication with players during tickets.
