Perhaps I've missed it.

Is there a location on the forums that rule clarifications, and general announcements are posted?

I'd like to be able to check things but with no visibility to discord it's a bit disconnected from the mediums I've still got available.

Yeah, there's not really any way to review information or announcements that are made there.

The announcements portion of the forums aren't updated that much from what I can tell. So you can't access any rule clarifications or other information.
