    Brief Background:
SSGT Cassius Klaus joined the USCM at age 19. After serving in the corps now for over five years, he has shown interest in rising through the ranks and making a career in the USCM. In combat operations against dissident forces such as Colonial Liberation Front (CLF) he has shown a streak of bravery and excellent service in the name of the United Americas. Upon review for his conduct in the line of duty against terrorist forces he was granted a promotion to Staff Sergeant. Following this promotion he was given Squad Leader Training and Uniform Code of Military Justice training at the USCM Military Academy of West Virginia. Following his successful completion he was granted his current squad on the USS Almayer and has been granted authorization to perform in a Military Policeman capacity if required.

Klaus' family has had a long history in the corps with his father Erick Klaus, deceased, and his uncle Johann 'Krampus' Klaus, living, serving in the USCMC for several decades. Cassius Klaus' father, Erick Klaus is presumed MIA after going missing during the [redacted] incident. His mother, whom he shows some depression over, died in a car crash shortly before Cassius Klaus' deployment. Cassius Klaus' uncle, Johann Klaus, continues to serve in the USCMC as a highly ranked member of the corps with several battle honors and commendations to his name which he gathered mostly during his 20's in the Tientsien ( Eta Botis A III) Campaign. SSGT Klaus appears to be following in his relatives steps with noted aspirations for a career.

Mental Evaluation Letter, by Dr. Xavier Maurice:
Mentally, Mr. Klaus is of sound mind and being. From past actions we can ascertain he is loyal and dedicated to the corps, but retains a streak of selfishness regarding his personal benefit. Some loose evidence, prior incidents and conversations have shown he has a habit of 'collecting' items of worth. Note: Possible Kleptomaniac tendencies. If confronted or agitated Mr. Klaus can become tense, erratic, and act evasively.

After our most recent psych evaluations we have further concluded he has a prideful mentality about him and may have a vindictive streak about him but further reports will be needed to establish this. Due to the injury and later resulting death of his father during the Tientsien campaign he reportedly hates communism with a passion.

When asked about his family, he becomes somewhat cautious and shuts down his conversation. Regarding his surviving Uncle, he distances himself from talking about it, mentioned as professional reasons, but is proud of the history his family has contributed to the corps.

Some elements of PTSD underneath the surface can be seen, but likely will not manifest themselves for many years to come. He has told me that he occasionally suffers nightmares and is an insomniac out of cryogenics.
His attitude is generally calm and polite towards myself but when confronted he becomes standoffish. Outside observers report him as being a gruff NCO who cares for his men's' life and from my brief assessments I must agree.

Conclusion: Mr. Klaus is developing PTSD due to his long combat position but is sane and of sound mind. Personally, I recommend you take him off post for shore leave and recovery. But yes, according to our standards, he passes the USCM Psychological Evaluation and is cleared for further combat.
Major, you probably have another five years of active duty with this marine.

Relations: Friendly - Neutral - Disliked

Heinz Wulfe Mueller A fine Commander, I have served several years under this man with ever rising opinion of him. While I believe he may have taken much of what he learned from Commander Carson, I believe his own style suits him quite well and I look forward to seeing him lead us to many more victories. For a Commander trained under Carson, I trust him more than I do any other Commander out there.

Solomon 'Romeo' Griggs While I often make fun of this marine I do regard him as a dear friend and someone I keep an eye out for on the field. Now, If I was woman I doubt that may not be the case. Who knows? I do make fun of him now and then, but at the end of the day Id trust him with my life. Oh, and Griggs? No one wants your Aids.

Godwin Elite Agg I havent seen him in a while, but it has not dimished my respect or pleasure in working with him.

Wanda 'Lazarus' Fisher A multiple-timed divorcee and true survivor know this woman as a competent, reliable, smart and indomitable marine. Sure shell get hurt in battle, but I know that at the end of the day shell come back better and more ready than ever. Eh Ill say it. For a PFC she performs as well as a SSGT. I hope to continue seeing you in Charlie doing what you do best.

Alyx Einzbern - I served with her numerous times as a SSGT. In that time Ive come to respect and honor CPT Einzbern as a reliable, veteran Captain. Godspeed and save travels sir.

Hugh Taranto A buddy of mine I have to say is great to work with in research endeavors and such Just cut down on the drugs and stop getting brigged.

Rob Kirk Liason Kirk is always an interesting pleasure to have on board. A fine Liaison if you could ever say such a thing. He is truly a warrior of words. I believe he and my uncle, Johann Klaus, have some better, even closer relations than myself. I think my Uncle mentioned something about possible job opportunities when talking about Kirk. Whatever. I pity you W-Y. Hes a greedy old man. Then againI shouldnt talk.

Masanume Nippon Sannada Another old bloke from the Alpha group. God man, you are a glorious marine. Not afraid to charge and, in your own way, both brave and smart enough to stay alive. Many marines can be called brave. Few are smart enough to continuously perform exceptionally like you do. From the few times Ive seen you leading I hope to see more.

Mortimer Yes, I know you are a synth. Yes, I dont care. You are always interesting and helpful to have around. Yes, I know that is the point. While I may not usually like synths I really enjoy having this one around for some reason. I think it may have to do with the fact it calls me sir. I like when synths really show they know their place and are respectful to Mortimers degree. You are one of the few synths Ill call by name and be respectful to buddy. Keep on being you and er dont change that programming. In fact please install Sarah with it.

Percivel Winchester A truly great Staff Officer in a traditional and unconventional sense. I know this mans old face from the many times Ive seen him personally come down and talk to his squad. I hope to continue seeing you leading sir.

Hailee Hunter - Some crazy, funny lady I often see in Alpha. I make fun of her a lot, but I know she's got my back and won't let me down.

Bronte Houston - Cool guy and pretty reliable. I like his name too.

Bert "Target" Beach - Usually I'm not into it but Bert has the good shit. Keep on poppin' those pills Bert and avoidin' the MPs.

Rain Winterson A good, competentno, rather an expert RO. I know the attachments will run on time under her. Boop.

Maria Ivanova - "After my Shore Leave, I was assigned to the USS Almayer again and on the first returning mission we had I ordered our customary Charlie Breakfast. Now, normally, I expected most marines to show up, but they didn't. This worried me about the future of the squad cohesion in Charlie Squad. Nevertheless, I wasn't fully disappointed. One of the few marines to indeed show up, and smartly at attention at that, was the eager young face of Maria Ivanova: the resident squad combat engineer. Despite the failure of a breakfast, at least I knew I could still count on some Charlies. Ivanova was one of them." - Excerpt from SSGT Klaus' PDA

Wamakahana Windhealer - A fellow NCO of Charlie. He may have some interesting native proclivities but this doesn't infringe on his abilities to prosecute the glorious job of the USCM: War.

Mark Echo Kesserline After serving in the corps for several years I can tell you that if you need an example of leadership, excellence, and bravery look no further. Mark Echo Kesserline is one of the marines I know just wont give up. Calm, cool, collected. This marine is indomitable, and I find him a perfect example of what SL should be. I dare say I look up to him for his leadership skills.

Caryl Bernhaben - Possibly one of the greatest SLs I have ever known of and briefly served under. His tactics and foresight are masterful and his combat skills match that of his squad. A great SL and smart engineer. When we have you leading Charlie I know I can expect great things.

Chen DiscoKing Westinton Man oh man. Our resident career engineer. I often see him in that USCM cap just being him I guess. Like with Masanume, I pity the SO that wants this marine to wear a helmet. Its just not going to happen.

Laura Fox This marine is someone who I dont know well but when I see them they meet and exceed my expectation. A fine specialist.

Lisa Hotshot Taylor Another amazing marine who Id want on my side any day. Its always a pleasure to know this marine is somewhere cloaked and waiting ready to strike down your opponent.

Alan Jones A good, smart Lieutenant. I may not know him well, but I enjoy knowing a competent, smart Lieutenant is up there in CIC looking down on us.

Park So-hee A top SL. I know Charlie is in good hands under her command.

John 'Spartan' Murry Basically a white Masanume. Weeb. Just kidding man. Delta is truly Delta when you are in it.

Christine 'Rabies' Kennel I dont know whether I like or dislike her. She is certainly interesting. Thats for sure.

Olaf 'Viking' Karllson A large, tough and blonde-haired grunt this marine is among those I count as recruiting poster worthy. Keep on being you. Im sure your Swedish ancestors would be proud. Right? Its Swedish?

Kate "Ambush" Wooly An amusing MT, I enjoy watching people trying to steal her cart. Justnot when Im trying to get her to fix something.

Taegan 'Mouth' MacCarthy A marine I count among fine SLs.

Uriel "Whitey" Turner Another marine I count as a veteran SL. I may not work with him much, but I enjoy knowing hes out there and leading from the front like a true leader.

Sur 'Druglord' Lahzar In my recent career of what we call a SLs retirement, Sur is a interesting character to watch as a MP. His nickname certainly doesnt dispel any of the rumors hes accumulated over the years. And no. No space drugs.

Valentina Garilovich One of those trouble makers. She isnt a bad lass, but she also isnt exactly focused

William 'Jester' Crimson Duty and Honor. When I see this man leading I know I can trust well be prepared and concise in our actions.

Madison 'Spicey' Delaney Certainly of the more emotional sort youll often find her yelling about something.

Joseph 'Goliath' Clancy Yet another Commanding Officer Ive had. While he is certainly one of the tougher Commanding Officers I can respect that greatly. A battalion with discipline is a strong battalion.

Sally Shears Another person I continuously notice on our operations who performs admirably and displays the qualities of bravery and smarts. A true survivor.

Evelyn 'Hatter' Harlay Interesting, smart lady. Talkative from what memories I have of her.

Aestel 'Rose' Wellick Ah. A fitting nickname Rose is. I know this lady leads well.

Darius Ico Another great SL of Charlie. Hes not a face that blends into the crowd for me but also one Ive not become acquainted with.

Lou Greenawalt - A marine I see around now and then, he's a familiar, reliable face. I'd be comfortable putting my life in his hands and knowing he would come out on top. Can't really sum it up better than that. Skilled, competent, and maintains excellent decorum under fire. Godspeed marine.

Nyxia 'Bladedancer' Cals - Another of those great familiar faces I see on the ship. Cals, I may not remember specifics or know you well I do know and vaguely remember enough about you to say you are a great marine and reliable hand on the ship. Its always a pleasure to continue working with you.

Asmodius 'Thor' Smith - Not really friendly with him but I know of him as a good marine with good attitude and drive. Keep up the good work I suppose.

Natalia Quiroga - Good marine, good name, and a name I see in Delta more than Charlie. Join us Natalia.

Cheng Chan - Another Asian marine I know, I cant tell if hes more like Aoi Bell or like Masanume. Whatever the case, hes dependable in combat albeit Im not sure about his sanity and thats why hes probably still a Private.

Bill Carson It is said insanity and genius have a fine line. Commander, now Admiral I believe, Carson fits this to a tee. How this man rose to Admiral I will never know. Especially after the prostitute scandal. Maybe he yelled and inflated his rank loud enough for the position? While I respect him for his commitment to success and honor his rank I dislike him for his double standards of cowardice for himself, suicidal bravery and obedience for his marines and battalion suicidal methods in general. Just note I interpreted this whole spiel as off the record. Right? Is it?

Sarah You are not a real girl Sarah. You epitomize why I think Synths should look like what they are inside.

Victor Rennem - "Oi Vey". Ok, so this dumb Frenchie has been harassing me for quite some time since I arrived on the Almayer. From booping to kissing my nose he just ticks me off. A disgrace of a marine really. I believe I'll have to talk to the Provost Marshall's officers about his conduct next time the Almayer docks for leave. Perhaps I'll get him demoted. Might have to pull some connections with my uncle, but it'll be worth it.

Mikey 'Snatch' Anders - I feel obligated to put him here as he is a commie. I must add that he is a decent addition to the MP force albeit perhaps too lenient of one. Then again the scales of justice are not always solely balanced by law... but perhaps they should be.

Love seeing you in rounds as well, Charlie feels foreign to me lately... I haven't been playing a single squad dedicated recently. I think I'm going to move to Alpha or Bravo...again. Perhaps...Alpha. It's where I started out first.

Might even try installing a espirit de corps for Alpha

Lotsa new faces in Charlie. I've been playing more in CIC and cargo since I started playing again but I still wear purple if I'm a squaddie. Alpha seems pretty cool right now. Don't join Bravo you are too beautiful for those bananas.

    Hiatus due to broken computer.

You probably see me on within the next week or two. Probably.
Depending on moods and work and social shit, could be a metric ton on a scale I last saw half a year ago or just the occasional game.
