Description of the incident: I was RO, Just like the previous rounds, When a friend IC, just like also previous rounds, Marek, MT Comes inside REQ. I have no issue with Marek, i allow him in req, i allow him to temporary remove the windows just so i can keep doing my stuff and not having to open the door every time.
He came inside, followed by CMP Laurenia, already arguing about a gun, wich i didnt fully catch the whole story, but he left the gun on a req rack. Marek stayed a bit on req, as i attempted to go back to work on the line serving marines, Laurencia started having a neurism about Marek temporary removing a single piece of glass, spraying him down and arresting him. He didn't break anything, just temporary removed the glass to not disturb me at my work since he knows i allow him. I confronted CMP about it, as RO, telling her i allowed it, and i didn't order his arrest or have any issue with Marek doing that in Req. She still continued with her power trip, and i believe that falls into Prevarication. As i, as an officer tried to even explain her, it was all fine with me. At best, if that was even to ne processed, it would fall into, Damage to Government Property, if even, wich also states, as a minor punishment, Return ship to its exact previous state or 7.5 Minutes. At wich she didnt even gave the chance, or wanted to listen to the context.
I will admit, at this point, she got on my nerves, and i tackle her a single time to stop the unlawful arrest, and dragged/escorted her outside req at wich she fight and came back, stunned and cuff me, dragged me to my own office and left me there, as she then proceed to spray/tazze multiple times everyone, including me already locked in the chair.
Once i was transported to brig, and my only "crime" was Interference, without ill intent, she auto slapped NoD Charges on top of that. While i was being processed, she also only removed my headset, to cut my comms, and she sprayed me like 3 times while already in the chair and cuffed.
I asked for my appeal to be handled by the XO, Wich very vaguely listen to our story, and denied our appeals, even after clearly specifically telling him the wrong doings and wrong charges added by the CMP.
(He later admitted [ooc, outside the game] in last round channel to never before handle appeals, and denying our appeals in fear of suffering consequences, and just to be safe)
