Name of the Synth Character you wish to play
    Ronnie

    What is your Synthetic's Personality?
Originally, Ronnie was designed as a fitness coach/personal trainer model both physically and mentally, meant to go hand in hand with the Ange model. With commercial use for both gym franchises and rich customers in mind, he was outfitted with the looks of a physically fit, confident West African man, and the personality of a friendly and motivational figure. Designed to help the counseled persons in question reach their fitness and health goals, he was given an extended database on human anatomy and fitness, which also constitute his interests.

The first batch of models sold out very quickly, making rounds around various Galaxy Fitness:tm: franchisees and garnering the attention of both veterans and off-duty servicemen who exercised at less commodified gyms.

The high demand eventually caught the attention of the Surgeon General of the U.A., quickly commissioning various modifications thanks to surveys and word of mouth, deciding to ship this standardized U.S.C.M.C. remodeling to the U.S.S. Almayer.

Wanting to make Ronnie easily fit in with the jarheads of the Colonial Marines, he has been altered with larger silicon colloid muscles to give the impression of a hypertrophied body while being purely cosmetic, leg height extended by 2" to reach a stature of 6'1 and various personality changes to be akin to a marine's bigger gym bro and mentor. His register and behavior is informal and enthusiastic with enlisted personnel, while reserving care and formal respect with the commissioned officers.

"You can't be scrawny with Ronnie."

Why do you want to be a synthetic/why should we whitelist you?
I enjoy playing support roles and believe am up to the standard. But the thing that appeals to me the most are the role play scenarios possible as a synthetic. I really liked the breakfast scene where we see Bishop interact with other marines in Aliens (1986).

What is your most memorable interaction with a synthetic?
The most memorable interaction I had was with 50RemAndCounting's synthetic in an event (I believe) organized by Jakkkk.
The initial interaction with Mia (a replicant in this case) was face-to-face, of a curious nature, conversing with her.
Later on, my predator ended up fighting 50RemAndCounting's synthetic as well as other marines, wherein both of us survived, albeit close to a critical state.
It is memorable to me because of Mia trying to blend in and being able to use weapons like the rest of the marines, something unheard of in general in the in-game universe by humans, let alone a Yautja. All in all, it was very pleasant.

    Synthetic Character Story
    Experience

How familiar are you with Engineering?
I can repair a broken APC by heart. I know efficient cadeline placement (flushing them inwards, moving them from a safe place into a breach, not congesting marine movement), and scavenging. I know firing lanes. I know how to deconstruct walls by heart. Something like 120 hours as comtech.

How familiar are you with Command?
Cumulatively, I have 80 hours as command. I have enough game sense to know when to spot danger, and am ready to call it out as to warn marines of it.

How familiar are you with Medical?
I have around 230 hours as medical, mostly as corpsman. I know chemline mixes. I know surgeries by heart and I practice them a lot as a predator on my prey. I know ghetto surgery. I know how to speed up larva removal surgery in extremely late stages (courtesy of synthetics I've seen perform).

How familiar are you with Requisitions?
I'm familiar with the sorting of equipment in the vendors, know how to set up supply drops and with what. Am aware of ways to scavenge for scrap metal. 16 hours, not timing the auxiliary ones done as MP/command.

What are some scenarios that you can perform combat in? Give us a brief example.
As stated in the synthetic programming and guidelines page, synthetics can only engage in combat in either self defense or defense of USCM personnel, and should immediately disengage if the threat goes a far distance to disengage or goes into a critical state.
The exception is during Delta alert, wherein synths can freely pursue and kill enemies in a critical state. However, duties ensuring the direct survival of the crew come before proactive threat neutralization, and should not be neglected.

I can vouch for him in support roles that include squad medic, comtech and requisitions so his game knowledge and ability to improvise doesn't worry me.
Read the story and am very interested to see how the synth would play out. +1

I'm giving my +1 just at the start, but I'll go in to more detail regarding it below.

I have seen Eric playing Corpsman and CiC roles multiple times. I have never had any form of issue with him. In fact, I would argue that he is one of the better medic players I have seen - or at the very least up their. It takes a lot of strain off as synth when I don't have to deal with somebody yelling "mass casualties" for a bunch of people who can be instantly defibrillated and pilled, especially if I'm already busy.

I read his story and synth character and think it's good - a nice departure from conventional synthetics but also extremely workable and easy to roleplay around. In terms of his roleplay ability, I also have nothing but positives to say about it - I've enjoyed interacting with his Yautja, Lang Khell N'hon, and his character, Eric Overstreet, in almost every single role. I think the most defining to me was watching him roleplay out an actual xenomorph infestation as a survivor, and putting in the effort to not metagame - alongside roleplaying lacking critical information regarding MARSOC and shit like that.

Overall, extremely strong synthetic applicant, I am looking forward to getting my shit rocked in the boxing ring

    +1

I want to give my support but you're answer for combat synthing is taken right from the synth code. I know you know the words, but I want to see if you know the meaning behind them.

Are you able to give me some examples of when you can and cannot fight as a synthetic?

    Sure!

If I understood it correctly, the principle of combat as synthetic is, at its core, protecting oneself and other USCM personnel.

This means that if I'm alone and being attacked, I should fight until the threat is either neutralized or successfully disengages.

If an able-bodied marine who is competent and knows how to defend themselves is being attacked, I should focus on helping them avoid harm by shaking them up or being ready to rescue them in case they lose the engagement (and in turn fight the threat if it gives chase until it stops, so that I may treat the wounded marine).

If a marine who can't defend themselves either due to a lack of experience (i.e. a new player 2 hours into the game struggling to fight back) or due to their wounds, I should fight until the threat disengages or is neutralized, and try to escort them to a safe place and/or treat them.

During Delta alert, synths are allowed a lot more aggressiveness and liberty in terms of combat due to the gravity of the situation on the Almayer. However, the principle is the same, and protection of the crew is still above all, meaning that triage/construction/surgery should still come before combat if its more essential towards the crew's survival.
