Description of the incident: Background: I was arresting a PFC for pushing me (with intent other than help) across tiles while screaming 'shut the fuck up' at me for trying to break up a req line fight.
Incident: The warden then decided (in his mind) that I was breaking the law and decided to (without counsel, a word, rhyme, or a reason) begin firing taser bolts at random, probably targeted at me. He then chased me with the taser, tasing a bunch of random people in the req line, because in his mind I was making an illegal arrest.
Breaches of ML:
Assault (Pressed) - Tased myself and others for legitimately no reason or authorization.
Disorderly Conduct (Pressed) - for tasing up the requisitions line and firing tasers rampantly without proper cause.
Misuse of Authority (Pressed) - for attempting to tase myself down without a proper reason, by spraying free-fire tasers, breaching marine law and MP conduct.
Neglect of Duty (Pressed) - Standard for MP breaching the law. Also pressed for assaulting a subordinate as an officer.
Major Interference (Unpressed) - should have been pressed because he attacked me mid-arrest before I could even place the individual into my custody. He did this in an attempt to stop the arrest.
I am placing this report in of itself because he stated in the Discord that it was resolved without administrative warning to him (?) and I would like to see this issue resolved.
