Description of the incident

SADAR somehow acquired two rocket launchers and actively used them all along the round. When ahelping I was told it was a bug but the admin who handled it decided it was not worthy of taking an action.

The SADAR was clearly exploiting a bug and no action was taken, When I proceeded to ask who actually handled the situation I was told a lot of names but none of them seem to have been the one to handle it.

The goal of this report is to get explanation as to what the fuck happened that round and to clarify what is exploiting maybe?

I have not been handling it that round in any fashion, but I was online that round (even if AFK enough to miss this ahelp exchange entirely). What happened is not a bug. Somebody joined as roundstart specialist, chose RPG kit and then went to cryo. Somebody else joined as a specialist later, via freed slot or via it opening with regular population increase, also chose RPG kit and got access to the first specialist's equipment (be it by being in the same squad and getting it in the prep room or by being passed it by somebody else). Somebody in such a highly coveted role going to cryo is a rare enough occurrence that it is not considered high priority to fix any issues with it - balance concerns that they might be or be not, bug abuse they are not, since code freeing the cryoed specialist's kit for rechoosing is acting as intended.

Resolved - Denied, not a bug as per Dev Team, thus no action being taken was the correct action.
