Description of the incident: I came to the brig after I heard of a number of concerning statements from other marines, and wanted to complain to the CMP about their behaviour. I made no threats, bore no ill will, and had my weapon stowed. I was there in good faith. I was telling an MP who just woke up about this, and said that the CMP is practically inciting a mutiny all on her own by consequence of her behaviours.
She saw me talking to this MP, alongside a specialist who was remaining silent, in the brig lobby. She approached, flashbanged and peppersprayed us both. I called her a retard for this - because she was engaging in a completely unnecessary action. She then arrested me for DaSO. She told the XO over Command or Military Police channels - I overheard by being near - that I was attempting to jailbreak people, a clear lie. She also did not charge me for this literally seconds later. She did not correct her statement in any way or acknowledge in any way I did not try to jailbreak. She simply charged me with DaSO.
I do not find it appropriate for a CMP - who apparently has a high standard of conduct they're expected to abide by - to essentially grief me because she was criticised, and then lie about it to the XO.
If I knew the time of a previous incident I would also be reporting her for a separate issue, where I was arrested for criticising her with similar speech yesterday. I was charged with assault and DaSO because I was holding a weapon (I had no armour) and called her an idiot. Apparently this was enough to be a threat of assault when marines hold firearms out all the time.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): You'd have to look at logs. Just ctrl+f "retard" from Keir Aslach, if you can do that? One of the latest statements.
