I was playing as the CE, doing black market stuff with Req when we got the UPP foreign equipment crate

So jokingly, i wore the gear and speak in broken russian, "Cyka potato vodka, im a russian spy peepoopeepooo" to mock the UPP

Me and a CT had a laugh, then i switched back to my regular clothes.

I dont know why i am being noted for this, i would like this to be removed first please, this was literally just an IC goof.
