Description of the incident:

As CO, I walked in on the CMP with a prisoner hurt in Permacells. Both had been harmed by something. Earlier in the round the Doctor committed a CAH involving removing all a nurse's limbs to replace them with robot arms. The CMP requested execution multiple times, and assumed I'd say yes by the way of his repour.

The CL and prisoner both told me the CMP had been assaulting the prisoner, as well as burning her faxes to the Provost. The faxes weren't burnt, and I assumed the CMP wouldn't lie, so when he told me he had simply stopped her from assaulting herself, and when he did she assaulted him, I took it as the truth.

Had I known - ICly - the CMP was assaulting a prisoner, I fully intended on BEing them - as the alert level switched to Delta as I walked in. Due to lack of evidence I had ICly, I stopped myself.

After round end, I was informed he had in fact lied to me which is a Rulebreak, same as illegally assaulting a prisoner physically and also bashing her head into glass (both IC Misues of power and OOC rulebreak for CMP).

This person should be permanently banned from MP roles.
