Reason for Ban Rule 10 - Overdosed a researcher on oxycodone during a fight where only general melee was being used, 6 month ban applied for repetition in behaviour, filing for permanent ban

I was unaware that med ODs count as a lethals escalation, I know how IE works, and I know that by doing such it was a breach of IE, which I've done my best to avoid. My reasoning for the OD was to end the fight, and take the OD'd marine to the sleeper, which was done. Had I known that the OD counted as a lethal escalation (Which skipped the knife escalation) I wouldn't have done it in the heat of the moment (the guy was already being beat to death). I want to appeal this ban because I feel that it was simply an anomaly and NOT simply a repetition of behavior, I was hoping to apply for a whitelist later this month, after all, and I just want to get this situation resolved because the moderator who placed the ban told me I couldn't argue my case in the in-game ticket and that I should appeal. Do you understand that making low-effort appeals (short/does not address the issue/shitposts) may lead to immediate denial and/or other types of consequences? Yes
