It just seems to be a timed ban on your account.
You were breaking at least two rules by doing that so the week ban is well deserved and any similar issues could be taken to a perma though.
Do go over the server rules for this at least.

For the purpose of clarity and as an apology, it seems I failed to include in their notes I filed for perma. This perma has been confirmed and placed.

The ban is not permanent, it's a timed seven day ban. You claim you won't break the server rules again, luckily you'll have the chance to prove it when the ban expires.
