Seeing that its -3 council votes. I agree with Overlord, unfortunately you had a decent application.
Do what you're doing at the moment, try again in 30 days, and make another application that's good.

Put the same effort and make your predator a bit more unique, and you should get it.

Because this was sorta denied long ago and I failed to get to it sooner, I'll chalk this up as denied as of the start of this month. On May 1st you can make a new app if you're ready. For now though, this is denied.
