Griefing as a TC Gunner, shot at marines with a HEDP launcher and minigun during a big roundstart festival of LRP,Unapproved mutiny, and such

I am aware that the reason for my ban is quite serious I would like to add that at the time i had thought it to be acceptable to defend the tank which was under attack from the marines as part of Unapproved mutiny.
I completely understand now that what i did was very stupid and of course a banable offence. I apologize for my actions and ask for forgiveness

Hey Tharinoma.
Yes I can, my memory of the situations is as follows.

At round start I spawned in as a TC had a small conversation with the other TC working out I was going to be the gunner.
I then fixed the tank to a combat ready condition and got in the tank gunner seat. After which i went AFK for a little bit and when I got back I heard of mutiny on comms and a friend of mine was CO so i told the driver to go to req where the CO was in case they needed backup. Which was a stupid thing to do I will admit because even if a mutiny is approved or not it's not really a place for the tank to be.

After the co had died the driver kind of took the tank I think through briefing first destroying windows and chairs as they went through. Going through medical next they destroyed all of the chem dispensers. The marines after which started shooting the tank and this is where i made the worst choice of all and started launching grenades at the marines in response fire. I later found out the mutiny was unapproved I saw a message in OOC saying bans would be going out I continued playing the round i cant remember what i did up until the point i received the one day server ban severing the connection. i hope this covers it

What Should you have done.

I believe this is wrong because in telling the driver to go to the briefing it was griefing in itself because it was planning on using the tank on the marines which is quite overpowered and can make a dramatic impact on the round if put in the wrong hands.

I think that what I should have done is not have got involved at all what I would have done on any other round waited to deploy and at the point of the driver destroying things i should have got out and distanced myself from the situation ant most of all i should not have shot the marines.
