CO side-notes:
Everyone likes to mess with Anekcahap, particularly because of his racial background of his Russian ethnicity and the UPP.
People like to call him 'Kneecap' because most people can't pronounce his name correctly.
The only problem I have with Volkov so far is the result of an incident which is attached to this document.
Incident 'Morals Breaker':
Operation at LV-572
Volkov recieves the order to shoot a UPP soldier who has surrendered.
Volkov insists to command that he be taken in for questioning.
Volkov is given the command again, and after much debate, executes the soldier.
After the operation, Volkov has the audacity to go up to the CO after briefing and disrespect him because of the orders said above.
CO brigs Volkov for officer disrespect, but listens to Volkov that, in the future, he will not follow an order that is 'inhumane' or 'immoral'.
It is important to note that while Volkov only protests verbally, he has been seen with finger-nail cuts in his palms seemingly to avoid lashing out physically.
It is NOT recommended that Volkov receive an order that would, in theory, be morally questionable. Instead, use another person who will. Volkov will protest, but understands that other soldiers follow orders.
