Armor preference

I usually take the Sniper kit for the PFC, and whenever a alien gets anywhere near me I just bug out. Works so far. Especially if you are sniping from a FoB or secure position that isn't under assault, you'll get the occasional boiler and drpne that try to make walls or bombard the area outside your normal view, and you can just pick them off. It really depends on you, but don't pick medium. It's not heavy enough to tank and not light enough to run.

I always used light. I voted light when this poll started...
I've started using medium. I tried heavy and it's just too slow. It feels like light and medium are both fast enough armors to keep up, and the choice between the two is the standard speed vs armor argument that people make between heavy and light. I like the extra little bit of armor over the extra speed between the two.

Heavy armor is reserved for when you just need to stand there.

Played more, tried heavy more.

All heavy does is let me survive long enough to be dragged into a spot where my body is never found.
