Every other application has been denied that had notes within 30 days. Unless the new council changes it, but I believe in fairness across the board.
You shouldn't be given a pass when others have been denied, but that's not my call anymore.

As much as i like the app itself the note within 30 days Leads me to change my vote to a -1 this time, But with luck stay clean for a month, come back and reapply when you can and i have no doubt youll get it next time

It'd have been wiser to just wait rather than make the appeal while the note was still new. Because of the note, this will be denied. You can make a new application in 30 days.
