Biography:

Paul Monroe, he alongside his younger sister (Stacia Monroe) both grew up in a colony on an ice planet far away from earth, it was stated that he had a IQ of over 160, which was the highest IQ on his planet, some even argued that his IQ ranged from within 180-200 but no one really knows how smart he is, hes showed exceptional abilities in mathematics which led him to being the best constructionist on his planet, his colony later was wiped out by an formidable plague leaving a few surviving colonists and his sister, their mother succumbed to the disease but their father left when they were young (Keith Monroe), parent-less they were, Paul became the initial caretaker of his younger sister, once he had hit twenty one years of age he was handpicked by the USCM's highest ranking command to fight for the marines, he was reluctant on joining at first until being informed of the benefits that would mean well for his little sister, he has no personal relationship with the CLF or the UPP, he has stated that he's never been in any physical altercations let alone firefights during his time on his planet, he is quite a laid back individual with minimal interests, although calm and preferring not to engage in a fight he is a formidable fighter with various amounts of strength that can even quickly overpower people older than him.
