Description of the incident: I had been running around with a group of marines to find the last xenos. We found the queen's corpse, and to show my hatred for xenos, I emptied several mags into it. Azreal approaches me and demands that I stop, to which I ignored him. He then disarmed me and threw my weapon. I punched him like..5 times to which Pheonix responded by attempting to flame me. He missed, and I tried to run away from the griefer, only for Azreal to unholster his rifle and shoot me to the point of decapitation.

How you would punish the accused: I would give them a note and a ban each, considering I've been banned for such.
