I will say that they're polite ingame and on discord, but doing a proper "I will vouch for this person's unban" is hard considering the plasmaflood.
You got banned on Beestation, one of the servers that allow the most leeway possible in SS13. And you were banned from grief. I'm not seeing any of that change you claim to have undergone.
