Description of the incident

Forest2001 decided to ban me for EORG, while playing as a hostile ERT Freelancer.
Rules clearly state that: End of Round Grief (EORG) is fighting and generating any combat logs with friendly players after the round ends and is an immediate 3-hour ban without warning. Exceptions are between normal enemies, such as Marines and Aliens, Marines and UPP, etc.

Force Forest2001 to read the rules again.

Hi there, you were banned for going on a grenade rampage at the end of the round. I will check the logs to determine who was injured as we received multiple aHelps regarding your actions. In the event only marines were injured I will issue my apologies. It is likely that as the round ended rather quickly there was some element of misunderstanding.

From the logs I pulled a while ago I am of the opinion this is my error, and I apologise for that.

Checking the logs, Forest2001 was indeed in the wrong on this EoRG ban, as non of your friendlies were harmed. I would like to clarify however that EoRG rounds are levied with little to no investigation, as you can read by the text that pops up after the end of every round. So while the ban was undeserved, Forest correctly followed procedure. That is why we have these reports.

Resolved, note/ban will be removed from the account.
