Cant enter the game without an VPN

Good day, i havent played CM in A LOT of time (The sulaco/Nostromo), and i have an issue, i cant enter to play without a VPN, hell, i cant even enter the forum or the wiki.

Im from Bogot� Colombia.

How can i fix this issue?. Thanks, and i�m glad i�m back.

Please don't use a VPN, you will get autobanned i believe.

Hey man don't use any kind of VPN, Usually that automatically bans you try to talk to any Admin or Head staff they can help you with it.

That�s the only way i can enter to play, dont know what�s happening, i can enter in paradise station and other servers, the problem it�s with CM only

What's the message show when you try to connect with a VPN?

Sometimes ISP's blocks CM for some reason in some IP's.

To make sure this isn't the problem try to Open the CMD and use the command : Ping play.cm-ss13.com (server address)

It usually blocks both forum & ingame.

To fix it there's several ways

First one would be turning off the router and waiting sometime 1-2 hours while the actual IP is Erased

Second would be entering on your router comfiguration and pressing the RELEASE buttom & Renew buttom So you get a new IP these bottoms are normally located on the status tab.

Third would be entering on the CMD and writing the next commands

1st : ipconfig /release

2nd : ipconfig /renew

That's how I usually fix my problems with CM.
