i have never used an VPN to connected with the server, And yes I did share with one person that live with me but they only played once and they were using my very old computer at the time and not the newer ones which I share with no one

Other thing is I switch computers couple weeks since the other was slow.

Never used a VPN, dont remember the user my friend used he only played once, But my friend used my email for his account but then I told one of the staff members that we were both using the same email then they told me to let us know when you do it again when this happen we were on the Nostromo map.
