When the doctor, Mortland 'Hunk' Ardel has took the surgery tray from surgery room and deployed without notifying anyone; Not only me as the CMO but to XO and CO and mixed up with the early drop of the Bravo, I have ahelped that it is a violation of rule 6. Ahelp's been made as I have seen multiple peoples that is is a violation of rule 6, also have been warned too so I am awared it is a rule violation. However, Infinity38 simply just pushed this issue away as the IC trouble, despite there was no MP to handle too.

Its not quite clear to me WHEN this doctor took the stuff, and this matters a lot. If he took it at first drop then yes it is a meta gaming issue. If he took it second drop, it is only an IC issue of him not notifying anyone. Could I get some clarification?

Alright. Then in this case Infinity38 acted accordingly and it WAS in fact an IC issue.
