I got jobbanned from PO because I left during the middle of a round I think 2 years ago now, and the ban is still in effect. I've done my best recently to inform admins that i have to leave and I can't get to cyro if I am in a important role (PO/SL/Medic/etc.). I feel that it's been so long and I've been working to remedy the previously bad behavior(once I knew what it was) that I should be able to play as a PO again. I forgot about the last ban appeal as well but now I get notifications so I won't forget about this one.

What should you do if you need to leave during a round in an important role

Well head to cyro - If you're XO/CO inform staff on server first. If you can't make it to cyro IE emergency - inform staff and ask them to cyro you and on the off chance no staff can cyro you just leave a note in the staff help channel asking to be cyro'd ASAP due to you're aforementioned emergency.
