These are semi-old bans regarding Squad Leader and Chief Engineer during low population hours. I can sum this up to I was not playing either role as expected and violated rules in doing so.

I had already served time banned prior to this appeal for both occasions and now, after reviewing rulesets and learning more about CM-SS13, I wish to try these roles again with better preparation.

No you can only do one at a time, you need to appeal one of the job bans and have it accepted or denied.
Afterwards you can do another one.
