I don't know the exact reason. Though I think it may be for my second account.

I'm usually try to be a good/nice player. I try not to start fights. However, I do sometimes get angry, and sometimes say things I shouldn't. My note history isn't that bad I think. I used to be more of a griefer and I don't think I am as much. My second account was made a while back, and I don't use it anymore. I only used my second account to explore the servers I was permabanned on, and after that I didn't use it anymore.

Alright, so the Good news is: You aren't banned.

The bad news is: You have issues with connecting to the server, you may want to try speaking with your internet provider to see if they have banned the Byond network or do not permit access to it, which is something that I have occasionally seen.
