As Lumdor said it honestly sounds like you got caught in a sticky ban. You spoke to Omi about the appeal so it showed you actually wanted to get unbanned from the server. Hope you can rejoin the server again and have fun. 1+

The ban needs to ultimately be decided on by Head Staff still, and if approved, it'll be removed. There is no time line for when they will get around to it, but they will when they're able to.

Your old account, Rocco15, had a Command and Medical ban. I'll waive the medical ban given it was so long ago but your new account will have the command ban transferred over. You'll be able to appeal the job ban after you play a month on the server. Only RoccoBoZZ will be able to log in, all other accounts will be blocked.
