I do not understand why i got banned, i haven't done anything bad yet and i haven't broke any rules.

I might've forgotten to turn my VPN off, while connecting to the server.

If you play with a VPN you risk getting hit into a sticky ban because others have used VPNs to multikeying. You will neeed to await for this to be assigned to determine if this is a false flag and if an exception will be made by a manager for your CKEY.

Would help if you told us what VPN you used.
