Dr.Lance - Predator Rule Clarifications

Council has come to the following conclusion:

Predators are never to fire human weapons/use human explosives under any circumstances, unless it is a custom event and a manager or admin running the event has given explicit permission. (IE: Bad Blood event)

However in regards to this situation

We ask that admins/managers who run events using predators not hinder a predator and avoid telling them they cannot use their intended equipment.
Dr. Lance was put in a pretty impossible situation, and what most of us agree with a event that really wasn't fun for the predators. A reasonable person would do the same thing if they had to fight 10 abominations.

We recommend no discipline imposed and that admins/managers remember custom events should be fun for all, not fun for one side.
