How about hunger damage?
Imagine, marines on planet, one squad surrounded by xenos and they surviving in mini FOB.
AND THEY HAVENT GOT ANY FOOD!
THEIR STOMACHES STARTED TO ABSORB ALL ORGANISM! THEY ARE ALL DYING, BECAUSE HAVEN�T GOT ANY FOOD!

As in, if you dont eat, you starve to death? Seems interesting, but its not like you will ever run out of nutrition in the game. There are matches were I have gone without ever eating except the initial food after waking frim cryo (granted, i joined mid-round or died after not so long, but still).
You kinda get that with bloodloss and hunger slowdown.
If anything wouldnt it be the aliens that get this mechanic?
I can't imagine a starving mechanic being very popular with anyone.
Another thing to consider is an OP lasts average of 1 - 3h, you would hardly get hungry in that time if you ate after waking from cryo. I would hate having to have 3 MRE packs on me and feeding myself every 10 minutes because magical hunger.
Having dayz flashbacks thinking about dying from hunger. No thanks

Hunger slowdown paired with blood loss is already a pain in the ass I wouldn't want something like this to deal with. Also Human body can survive 3 weeks without food so dying in a couple of hours because ya didn't eat would be kinda stupid.
