Every xeno delay is different, you have no clue how long it could last.
Autism forts on the Almayer can only last 20 minutes, at the most. And are, the majority if not all the time, enjoyed by all parties involved. The person inside the fort is having a blast. Dead chat is having a blast. And every xeno that isn't laughing their ass off by the amount of weaponized autism they're up against is lame and boring.

Delayliens is a myth. If it was really an issue then devs would obviously just lower the Hive mind death timer to 5 to 10 minutes...right?

What if Queen is alive, alongside one beno against 12 marines? Isn't that delaylien thing to not suicide charge and spare everyone that 40 minutes of uneventfull round?
I came back into the game me as Queen and 7 other aliens, it is possible
