Remember when Audi and Erich Bishop placed a ton of grenades ontop of one another and then lit them on fire, killing like 6 xenos in the process? It was hella smart but then it got ruled as power gaming and the devs even stepped in. You are not allowed to think outside the box you dingus, you should know this

Xenos can't really do much against suicide bombing. They can't defuse bombs or even know they are there on some marine.

Also xenos are not fighting isis, suicide bombing is something most sane people won't do unless desperate.

That's the part of "numbers adventage" strategy. Many games from different genre have some kind of suicide unit if they race/faction/whatever specialises in superior numbers.

In terms of our CM lore, as many people stated: Gameplay > Lore. Even taking lore into consideration, Falling Falcons are bunch of conscripts commanded by ex-NSDAP officers, or officers that perform rain dances fo gods, or officers that wrestle with their soldiers in FoB. They are not criticaly Insane to just go out on a rampage killing fellow rines, but are enough "unbalanced" in their mind to suicide charge threat that soaks bullets like a sponge and don't even slow down under fire. Especially if it is effective.

It deserves some kind of praise since they literally sacriface their lifes, their gameplay and medics time and supplies if they are to be recovered from such rush. Grand Confessor Marcion approves.

Really, if benos didn't gather all monkeys before marines arrived and they still have a time to do it after first drop, they were just beating the furhost in the hive, or with Survs instead of doing their job, so they deserve monky bombs.
Without signalers in nades it isn't really powergaming anymore, it's based on pure luck at this point. Round, or two with heavier use and benos will learn to put after drop monkeys in secure nests fast, this way it prevents any fire and weakens explosions where monkey in secure nest just a resin wall away will be safe.

Putting objects in human/monkey chests is still in the game? This way a handy reseacher could implant nades and let the monkey go without any equipment.

By the way, if it is still in the game, we need researchers implanting flashlights ASAP.

Can't perform surgery on monkies (unless this was changed again with the monkey update a while back) And implants are 100% no go.

Squad Engineers should say "Fuck this" to bying metal and sandbags on the vendors and instead buy themselves one or two M15 Claymore boxes, and spread that shit on logical places.
Get your SL to request command for some metal, something that can be done in literal minutes.

I killed(one PFC that was AWARE and stayed around helped too) 4 T1's and 2 T2's on big red with this method around the area of medbay and marshalls.

it's cos its near zero-risk and has a huge chance of reward and success with minimal player robustness skill, compared to how the game is built for marines to engage in combat with xenos normally

just like how they don't let you OB lz1 after queen's taken it (usually), cos you can effectively fuck up xenos while netflix and chillin

xenos can't rly avoid that stuff

stuff like this isn't balance-able and was never intended for these purposes so it's not allowed as a general rule

like when you can effectively win the game without marines by being on the almayer and just using clever nades to blow up xenos, whats the point of buffing marines at all when they'd just be a mop up crew?

the game is about guys with guns shooting lizards with sharp claws, not 1 dude singlehandedly blowing up 20 aliens by making a nade
