Description of the incident

Before the incident, I started calling my version of Hyperzine "QUM Juice", the acronym simply means Quick Use Movement, so therefore it's Quick use Movement Juice, and I've been rolling with it since 8/6/2019, I thought everything was okay since everyone knew it was clearly a joke, and I even read the rules before calling it "QUM Juice", I believe it would've fallen under "Bravado" exception under the ERP 18+ rule section. It wasn't till I noticed that everyone knew it was a joke, and not distasteful joke that I kept using it. And I believe even a staff member also jumped on the QUM Juice joke train but I don't recall who it was. But cut to today, 1:40am PST the round had just started, and I was in the hallway when I saw the XO dragging a cat, I asked the XO, "Would you like some QUM Juice? It makes you faster.", I then proceeded to drop an injector labled "QUM Juice Autoinjector 6u". Shortly after that I was messaged the following by staff member "AcuteCircle", "Why are you calling it QUM Juice?", I replied back "Quick Use Movement, I coined the term 2 days ago and I've been rolling with it ever since.", shortly after I was messaged by AcuteCircle again saying "It's literally referencing Cum, you are aware we have an 18+ rule?", and I personally was shocked, I thought maybe the admin would jump in with the joke but apparently not. I messaged back shortly "Mate, it's a joke. Everyone knows it's a joke, even an admin made a joke about QUM Juice, I think you're taking it a bit too literally.", Then to end the whole feud, the Acute messaged me back saying "It's a joke that ends now, don't call it qum juice again.". I then proceeded to ask how I could dispute this and then Acute promptly set me up and helped me out. Now just to clarify, I think he handled it professionally and was very helpful, it's just his ruling under a very specific rule that bothers me.

How you would punish the accused

I wouldn't give a punishment at all, simply because it falls under the Bravado exception under the ERP 18+ rule, and it had no correlation to CUM what so ever.

Sorry if I might've phrased it a bit weirdly or might've typed it a bit oddly I'm dyslexic so mistakes like that do happen. I did intend it for it to be a double entandre. But I'm simply trying to argue that this isn't linking to any porn website, or referencing any sexual erotica or what not. It's a simple joke that I think was shut down for the sole reason it was called QUM Juice, and the fact that it doesn't break any rule, but in fact falls under an exception under that rule.
