This incident happened quite a while back and I feel kinda embarrassed for doing something so dumb. I apologize for degrading anyone's experience.

Usually we only allow one role to be unbanned per appeal, due to the age of this ban an exception may be made but is not guaranteed. In the event only one role is allowed to be appealed, which role would you like to choose? Please note that department heads require their underlings to be appealed first. (E.g. CMP requires MP, XO requires SO (previously BO))

After discussion between the Admin team, we've decided to just unban you from all those roles in one go. In the future, please don't suicide for no reason, or at round start.
