    Improving current Non-Meta Tank guns.

    Exactly what is says on the tin
    As it stands right now, picking anything but LTAAP and Secondary Flamer not only means increased cryo rates, but also being utterly useless on the battlefield, naturally, this can be tiring for TCs as the only other viable (because its OP) tank weapons are behind DEFCON Intelwall.

    As such, here i am, suggesting changes to the tank guns.
    Before you ask, the LTAAP and Secondary Flamer will not be mentioned, the reason being they are the Meta are because they fullfill their roles perfectly and effectively, compared to other guns.
    Now lets begin!

    AC3-E Autocannon
    Supposed Role: AOE shredder cannon, capable of damaging multiple xenos and doing so effectively at range thanks to firing (i believe) 20 mm explosive flak rounds.
    Reality: Low damage with a pitiful AOE damage, combined with pitiful firing speed, while shots move fast and can easily hit anything you aim at, this means nothing as even runners and drones are unaffected.
    Suggested fix: Buff direct hit damage, to the point it`s desired to avoid getting hit, regardless of caste, the AOE can stay pitiful, as this would prevent the AC3 becoming an excessive noobtube like the LTB.

    DRG-NF Flamethrower
    Supposed role: An effective area denial weapon, capable of melting xeno and marine alike, leaving lasting flames that last for well over a minute, outright stopping entire routes, in combat, this is a nightmare for flankers.
    Reality: A re skinned M240-T, stuck on a large obvious vessel, while the flames are naturally extremely deadly, the tanks narrow firing cone limits it immensely, along with most maps being very open, this poor thing is outright useless.
    Suggested fix: The first one is simple, make it fire flames like the Secondary flamer, in orbs that explode, The second solution, is combining the attributes of B and X Napthal into one gun, wide cone, blue flames, as well as allowing it to burn through resin structures and unreinforced walls, making it a true terror that should be kept at bay with Ravagers.

    M56 Cupola
    Supposed role: A IFF secondary, allowing the gunner to keep firing even when surrounded by marines, without causing any FF but acid splashes, along with its nice fire-rate and big drum mag, it can also help clear resin structures.
    Reality: A pitiful peashooter of a gun, the only positive sides are the IFF and shredding resin walls, the damage is literally worse than a L42 or even an ORDINARY smart-gun, as such, it rarely sees proper use.
    Suggested fix: Combine aspects of Shredder and Precise rounds the normal handheld smartgun uses into one weapon, along with giving it a 360 firing cone, while a relatively simple fix, this would immensely help it see more use, as shredding armor is a big part of combat on CM.

    Grenade Launcher
    Supposed role: A grenade launcher with a 10-round drum, works just like the Grenadier specs and can cause severe carnage on unprepared foes.
    Reality: A very big, very dangerous (for both sides) M92 GL, it stuns, damages and clears resin structures like no other, unfortunately, it simply pales against everything the other secondaries have, such as usability at close range, versatility and actual potential to nick an un-stunned xeno.
    Suggested fix: Make it fire M40 HPDP grenades, but otherwise keep the normal attributes, the fire alone (albeit at a distance compared to the secondary flamers point blank usability) would immensely buff it against an enemy that can literally sleep of HEDP grenades.



    This sums up the guns, while the support equipment tools can feel a tad useless at times, they all sit perfectly fine in their current spots, believe it or not, hence why they are not covered in here.
    Remember, these are just MY suggestions, criticism, ideas and simple encouragement are more than welcome.

    It the flamer secondar that is the problem, it too bloody good at keeping everything away. Maybe make it it like the current flamer primary but red and 180 firing rang so there is more interest in other load outs.

    OTHERWISE Cupola is the blacksheep of the family. It's firerate is just pitiful. Gib us the new SG for the SG secondary!

    I've only ever played tank once, with the minigun and secondary flamer, but I couldn't imagine taking anything else other than the LTAA as it stands now. It definitely needs a rebalance.

    I had an idea I was thinking of gitlabbing, which was to simply add upgrade modules available for tank supply points upon reaching Defcon-2, thereby increasing the viability of other modules while increasing variety.
