Bill Carson. That is all.

I played MP under him when he ordered us to give maximum insubordination punishment to marines caught without a helmet. And in addition to that, he wanted us to add a beatdown with our batons to the punishment. It reached the point where I apologized to everyone I had to arrest in LOOC. I've also played CIC under him, but that's not quite as bad. He has unrealistic expectation of his men, sure, but CIC is more funny than anything else.

I just don't get how he's still here. Sure, incompetence IC is not a reason to remove a whitelist, but when you start doing things that routinely cause mutinies, you should be investigated. If literally anybody else did what he did on a regular basis, they would have been removed long ago.

I'd give some advice on improving, but I honestly don't think his situation can be salvaged.

People that say Bill Carson is the worst/LRP commander have literally no idea what are they talking about lmao.
It's always the sseths and bald PFCs complaining about their ''textbook rounds'' and how his ''uncommon methods of COing ruin the round'' - literally fuck off, you are the majority that is ruining the round, not Carson. Play his game and you'll be rewarded with memorable rounds, there is a reason why he still has his whitelist.
