I was mistakenly giving an end of round grief ban for shooting the dead body of Balto when me and my Delta squadmates put him on a chair and started lighting him up for the animosity we had over his reckless commands.

Shooting allies dead or alive is EORG. Equally, bans under 24 hours are unappealable.

As Forest said, EORG is the generation of combat logs for FF for no reason after round end, if you are fighting xenos after round end and you catch a ban for accidently hitting a team mate, we'll lift it. If you are fighting hostile human factions, we'll lift it.

If you are shooting at walls or nothing for no reason and hit a person, that's on you for shooting, likewise if you are shooting bodies for no reason, it generates FF logs and will be banned for very quickly if the staff jump to you and see no hostiles in your area or a lot of logs in short succession.

Basically, don't shoot anything that isn't a xeno, clf or upp after round end to avoid EORG bans. In this case the ban was correctly applied and will not be lifted.
