ah it says I was banned by N15MAY2015, so It might not have been automatic, not sure. Wanted to add that just in case.

While it is often obvious that you got caught wrongly in a sticky ban, we do need to investigate and ensure it is 100% due to an error on our part first. We understand it's inconvenient and we apologise for that, but we don't place permanent bans without good cause, which means we need to be careful where they are concerned.
