We're still looking into this, though I'll have to apologize on behalf of the council for the wait -- between a member leaving, and getting three new members, it's not always the easiest to get these handled.

That being said, it looks like we have everything we need here to actually resolve it, so unless you have something new to add, and not a reiteration on something we already know - refrain from commenting.

The Council has looked over this app and decided that yes, Aracino did break the honor code by LPCing the marines after he did engage the marines and did do so while the Sentinel was still fighting with the marines like Sakuyoi did state which caused them to disengage. And as it states in Honor Code, LPCing marines that are defending your target are not classed as unworthy and therefore the Plasma Caster should have not been used at all especially if there was a Xeno nearby that could have caused even more chaotic mishap.

Reference to Honor Code:
Any prey or group who actively pursues/engage the Predator themselves, who the Predator is not hunting/disrupting. This does not apply to groups pursuing the Predator after they have engaged targets in front of offending parties (Groups defending a FOB/Hive or defending others are not considered unworthy)

Therefore, the council has decided that Aracino shall receive a warning for his actions and if any actions repeat will lead to a Heavy Warning.

Be mindful of influencing a fight like that. Its nice of you to not use the HPC but a stun still is interfering too much.
