It's not that bad in Delta as some filthy Grapes might say, baldies are in every squad, few veterans who are known for being vets and effective will get fanatical obedience. Like we all going to follow Avalanche, or Juro, or Shoe, or even Checkers (kind of exeption of the rule since He to this day pumps shotgun with tiny icon and doesn't take any medical supplies like first aid kits).
We just had a glorious marine win on Trijent today. Hit them at the river and pushed them all the way back into their hive. I was laying down suppressive fire as sniper, hitting xenos and setting them alight often. Kept the T3's running back to put out their fire. I might have flak'd a dude, but it secured a kill and he was forgiving. Smart gunners were doing work, brave SL's were barking commands the whole time, SADAR was getting direct hits, and halfway through the battle the TANK showed up to give great moral support. It was a day blessed by Unga Prime.
