The event that had gotten me banned went Metagaming and LRP as a survivor, along with grief if that can be counted. As a survivor on big red decided to wordlessly run up to marines and start shooting them with a buckshot shotgun as they were leaving the alamo on LZ1. There was no roleplay or interaction indicating they were hostile until they started shooting. Only thing they said was. 02:24:12]SAY: Aiko 'Stutters' Amano/Akabinxstar : Time to kill some american scum' Which indicates they were waiting near the LZ just to kill marines as they left the alamo to deploy.

I already replied to these claims in the first appeal on how I wasn't metagaming, nor was I waiting for the marines since I didn't really have anywhere else to go except to LZ, and that my plan to kill the marines was premeditated and I did actually say something to indicate hostility, where my ban claimed there was none.

I believe most of the problem came from the fact that I didn't reply to the Ahelp due to being distracted by a seperate game, that being siege, but since I play on PS4, I wasn't paying attention to my laptop.

I will admit that my behavior has been on a downward spiral since the beginning of 2019, Mostly after the ban of Erich Bishop. I don't recall having much of a reason of doing half of the things I've been noted for other than "It would be funny."
Based on my current position, and the thoughts of my character throughout the community, it clearly wasn't funny. Since then, I've spent a good amount of time on SS13 playing higher RP servers, or servers that don't really tolerate that kind of behavior, and the only punishment I recieved so far was an antag ban, and it was for constantly going AFK while being an antag. I plan to improve my future behavior given the opportunity, and I apologize for giving a bad name for myself and the playerbase.

You were given chance after chance after chance both in the game and on the Discord and you managed to squander them all. Despite all of that we're willing to give you one last shot under strict indefinite probation because of your appeal and your playtime on Bay. Any issues you cause, be they metagaming, grief, low RP, toxicity or anything of the sort will result in a final permaban with no possibility of coming back. This includes community interaction here on the forums. Your notes show you've got a serious history of toxicity and dickery when interacting with other players, so if you want to pass I suggest you think three times before posting anything.
