Persona:
William is someone you could describe as jaded. His long time in the corps and prior enlisted service gives him invaluable experience when it comes to commanding, but ironically it does not give him the empathy to said enlisted as one might expect. Either because he's forgotten what it's like to be a grunt, or his intentional choice not to associate himself with them anymore, you'll most often see him value his fellow officers more than anybody else.
History:
William Frost was born into a fairly well-off bilingual household in Oakmont, Pennsylvania on the 3rd of August, 2123. His father, Andrew Frost was ethnically german while his mother, Cynthia Frost, was ethnically english. His upbringing was fairly average for such a household, he grew up speaking both english and german, going to the Oakmont Elementary School and achieved for his age average performance. He was soon signed up to the Boy Scouts after entry into the 6th grade at the Overlook Middle School. His extracurricular activity has been deserving of recognition after joining the Boy Scouts of America, earning himself a substantial amount of badges and merits. Upon enrolling into the Unionsville High School in Kennett's Square his academic performance saw a noticeable dip. In his sophomore year he was awarded the Eagle Scout for his outstanding activities in the Boy Scouts.
Then 19, he graduated High School with a GPA of 3.1 and enlisted into the USCMC with the rank of LCpl (E3) due to his previously earned Eagle Scout.

2ndLt William Frost has permanently kept his rank after the conclusion of Operation Stronghold due to his excellence on the field. He was sent back to Earth to undergo Marine Officer Training at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis and earn his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering. Upon completion of his studies has was assigned to the USS Almayer.
Basic appearance:
William Frost is a sharp looking man in his early 60s standing at around 1,8 metres, his posture is straighter from what you would expect from an old man. His facial hair is almost frost white and is well kept in a goatee and a mulder with a receding hairline. His blue eyes are usually never fully open, as if in a constant state of boredom. The wrinkles on his face can be seen lightly, but it seems like some make-up has been put over to hide them.
