Personality profile:
William Crimson files has been tagged as Observer due to his position within the Three-World-Empire and involvement with Mantel Corporation.
W.Crimson has proven to be extremely pragmatic, ruthless and almost machiavellian when regarding military matters, even when involving those he appears fond of, under his command.
Examinations in to audio-logs recorded by ARES from around the vessel have shown that the subject of this matter appears to hold a Xenophobic view of all non-humans, making many derogatory comments against the Arcturian race
and synthetics. These are currently non-actionable.
The Individual in question appears to be under the influence of emotion dampeners, see History section for further details.
Despite the unified alliances training scheme (UATS) we believe that he may be of some risk to the USCM and its allies.
History
No actionable red flags have been detected through enhanced background investigations,(However the Three-World-Empire has not co-operated beyond the bare minimum regarding specifics details regarding the subject)
Intelligence from informants within the TWE has suggested that large chunks of his service record are fabrications. Limited Intelligence suggests this individual has been involved within the black-site Unit 757, although within what capacity it is unknown.
W.Crimson has been sighted by individuals within the Colonial Provost consuming small pills with a transparent liquid in.
We are yet to confirm the substance, as it is not of USCM origin, however this is assumed to be what is informally known as Juice
We have also noted that William Crimson has been in contact with former Captain Patrice Riegert, while the former captain was discharged honourably, his outspoken nature regarding the incident on Cristbal has caused some discontent amongst marines and colonists alike. While we have no reason to suspect William Crimson to have ties or even sympathy for the CLF, we advise limiting his contact with such individuals until further investigations have been completed and once again requesting that <redacted> until further notice.
Personal Relationships:
Awan Oostveen- served with William during the Riots of 2178 aboard the USS Sulaco during the Provost crackdown on gang-activity and tribalism within the conscripts of the UA marines. Crimson regarded this individual as competent and reliable, however it appears that the pair often did not interact often on a more personal level due to the constant elevated alert and reshuffling of units within the 2nd Battallion. Assigned to architect of the USS Almayer before serving an advisory role within the Provost Generals office, current location unknown.
Alberto Lineman - served with Crimson for some years, being one of the first Military Police officers under his command during the reshuffling of the 2nd Battalion and the readjustments to marine law. This individual appears to be well liked by both the Military Police teams and shipside staff, this individual is also not shy of correcting superior officers if he believes they are wrong, which Crimson believes likely stunted his career progression. This very trait is something admired by Crimson who posted a recommendation to relocate this individual towards work within the CIC team as a Bridge Officer. They are not currently on active duty.
Rexanna Siegrist- also served with Crimson for some years, being one of the first Military Police officers under his command during the reshuffling of the 2nd Battalion and the readjustments to marine law. Crimson has made notes in her evaluations that she is an ideal candidate for reposting on a maximum security penal vessel, due to her willingness to follow orders without questions asked. The individual appears somewhat more reserved when speaking with the LCDR outside formal matters. This individual also has one of the best record collection skills within the marine police
Provost Marshall Claymore Allister – The arbiter of marine law within the Provosts reach, this individual is the judge, jury and executioner if need be. Crimson and Allister once served together as grunts during the Cristobal massacre and the glassing of New Eden. The pair are no longer in contact beyond formal communications and the individuals are far different to the grunts they once were.
Alan Jones – This individual is somehow, despite all disciplinary actions by the Provost, a member of the Military Police team. See: Sexual harassment files [1-3] and prisoner abuse files [1 – 13]
Amelia Locke – This individual often fell afoul of the law in the earlier days of their enlistment, after a particularly stern word with the Staff Officer of her squad and perhaps a hint of malicious ironic punishment, she was transferred to the Titan where the officers found that she was an exceptional student, she returned to the USS Almayer exceedingly competent, well-versed and disciplined. However Crimson noted she was somewhat softer than the other Military Police officers, and often had a warmer demeanour than her companions, making her somewhat more popular than the marines than other officers. Note: Excluded from patrols with SSGT A.Jones
Magdalene Meinhoff appears to be well received by the ship and Crimson, holding an aura of warmth which she often uses to disarm opponents. A style far different than his own but he believes that this method can often raise morale within the Military Police and with the general crew. Note: Excluded from patrols with SSGT A.Jones
Greg Lauffer – A man of unwavering integrity, cut from the same cloth as Crimson, he will break before he bends. This man is a veteran of multiple campaigns and ensures his men are aware of it. He will maintain order and discipline at any cost.
Samantha Rigga – Another grunt who served during the Cristobal Massacre of 69, now finding themselves in a position of power where many of the marines involved were reassigned, resigned or given hush money by AmArc Corporation. After the workers’ strike was crushed and the dissenters (and civilians) were crushed, Rigga found themselves working themselves up the chain of command, leading to multiple interactions over the years between the pair. They appear to have a mutual understanding each other and often allow the other to maintain control of their department.
Declan Allister – [Pending further evaluation from internal affairs regarding treatment of POWs]
Joe Dafoe – A close and old friend of Crimsons, one of the few he has, knowing each other through mutual friends, Crimson often found himself having dinner with Dafoe and his family between posts, showing a rare, relaxed and warm side of Crimson not often seen by members of the United Americas or Three World Empire forces.

Intelligence Report 1#
Unit 757
A myth to the loyal citizens of the empire.
A rumour to the dissenters in the CLF
A reality for the occupants of the station.
Unit 757 is a maximum-security prison in all but name, the vast mega station housing hundreds of thousands of undesirables, from political prisoners to would-be insurgents.
Each "patient," in the re-education centre is assigned to a pod, whilst in the pods. The patient is provided a cocktail of neurostimulators, alongside Empire educational videos for the duration of their treatment. This is mirrored by periods of induced comas where the individual is also assigned educational videos during all elements of the sleeping cycle. This re-education lasts anywhere from 6 months at a minimum, to a 10 years (individuals non-responsive to this treatment beyond this point are deemed rogue elements and are recycled.)
Patients are eventually placed in front of a board of "Observers". These individuals are given a cocktail of chemical compounds to which increase brain activity immensely, allowing individuals to hyper-focus on a patient, and any micro expressions caused during this period. Observers are a unique rank within the TWR military structure due to the medications side effects causing major strokes or cardiac arrest with extended use.
Individuals who pass this treatment and are deemed loyal, are reassigned to the Military Forces. Usually in logistics roles, however, it is not uncommon for individuals to find themselves within combat roles, after further training. To further enhance loyalty and dependence on the Empire, the individuals released are given a prescription of Juice, the effects of this drug are known to desensitise the individuals whilst giving them a euphoric high and sense of purpose.
