    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Personality: Kyle Mercer has been depicted as a rather laid back and calm individual, he doesn't tend to chat much with his associates or anyone around him and prefers to be alone most of the time, however despite of this he possesses a great deal of leadership able to keep those under his command on their feet and in line, he also doesn't seem to show any signs of fear whats so ever, there have been countless times where he has stared death straight in the eye, and doesn't seem to bat an eye what so ever in any fire fight he has taken part in, he is a strong willed man and no doubt an honorable one well respected by even his higher ranking officials.

    BIOGRAPHY:
Kyle Mercer, little was known about his previous life before we managed to pull up his database the CLF tried so hard to keep us from gathering, but before hand hes been operating for almost five years as a spy / assassin who's been targeting our officers, and lending them all our Intel, he was taken into custody not too long ago after a failed attempt to break into a prison and kill one of our former Intel Officers, he was apprehended by the prisons staff and handed over by law to the USCM for questioning where he refused to answer any of our questions even after a long and brutal interrogation, we were given the order to have an execution by firing squad arranged for him last Saturday but it was later discovered that on the back of his head covered by his hair was an implanted chip, presumably by the CLF to prevent him from spreading any information that may be important for their cause, however even after removing the chip by surgery did he still prove to be a nuisance of any usage, where he had claimed that he has no memory of who he is or where he came from, we thought it was a hoax but after releasing the encrypted data stored inside his chip it became real that he was telling the truth after all, over a century ago he and his family were victims of lab testing sponsored by the CLF, in an attempt to make human clones and use them as spies to do their bidding, Mercers wife and daughter were the first to be tested on but when the tests proved to be nothing short of a failure the CLF scientists disposed of them lethally, Mercers father and mother were the second to be experimented on, his father was an success, they were able to sufficiently make a artificial human out of him and dispose of his real self, in doing so they were able to replace his memories with new ones to assure his obedience to the CLF, the tests, they all went well, all that was needed left was for him to be properly trained and put out on the field to see how well he'd operate, however, on his first mission he was killed in action, his assignment: break into USCM military base and steal briefcase containing encrypted data, he was apprehended at first but the CLF officials decided to self destruct his chip to prevent the USCM from gathering any Intel on them, luckily Kyle Mercers chip was damaged when he had hit his head upon being apprehended, Mercers mother was the next to be tested on but sadly she failed just like her daughter in law and grand daughter before her, she was disposed of by lethal injection and tossed with over a thousand other failed test subjects, Mercer and his younger sister Diane were the only ones to emerge safely and pass all the tests that were thrown at them, each of both incapable of remembering who they were, after recovering this Intel on Mercers database it was debatable whether he should still be executed or not for working for the CLF, but it was also debatable should he be executed for working against his will, however he could not be let gone free as he's taken the lives of countless of our officers, good men and women who had families, our scientists were able to counter and undo the CLF's encryption based upon his memories that would allow us to either put something in of our own or just simply erase them, but instead, we just erased them and destroyed the chip after safely extracting all the data it had stored inside it, Mercer was then placed on watch for some time to prove his compatibility as an ordinary human being among others, then he was issued to perform in active duty services in the USCM in order atone for his crimes he's committed as an CLF spy for the rest of his life.
