I would put myself in Chaotic Neutral or Lawful Evil. Kleiner is a humorous and chill Captain but he will not tolerate unlawful actions and ML breaches. He wants to diplomatically solve things however he will not hesitate to use the MP force or his Mateba if mutineers are not giving up.
Kleiner is not a nazist but he is extremely nationalist and patriotic to the United Americas and german confederations. He oftenly refers JTAC as Luftwaffe and the Longstreet tank as a Panzer and ranks in german.
