Description of the incident:

Ordered all of Spec's and SG's to go into alpha with the tank, then landed them LZ2 and ordered them to "look for civs". Map was prison

On a different note of him being unfit for commander role, he was very poor in communication. he changed up where everyone was going from what he said at briefing. he argued with the TC about not being able to go anywhere at LZ2, and then wanted to brig alpha for pushing without the tank even though the tank could not push to begin with. he refused to listen to what anyone was telling him about what was happening planetside.

Honestly really nothing but a job ban, i dont think they are an awful player just not fit as a commander.

Overall, i am still really new to CM and to player reports, so i am sorry for the low quality report. but just from my fair judgement from someone on the ground i do think this was a big issue. Take it how you will, it is not the biggest concern to me. thank you for your time.

As I was the Queen for this round, Heres my rough estimates on times.

Marines landed at LZ2, Around 12:25 - They were knocking on the hive in north civ res by 12:30 and repelled by calling back all xenos to do so. By 12:33-12:35 they were both at North Civ and East Civ (middle) Attacking the hive from both sides with about 3 of the squads total (Alpha, Charlie, Delta). Also some Bravo.

This forced me to Deovi for the rest of the round to deal with them as it was too much for the hive to handle without screech support.

Well, I'm (tangentially) involved with what happened involving the poor communication, and I think I can provide further context. CO was told that there were prisoners dressed as security guards (only one survivor was) and he then told the MPs to "detain" the prisoners until High Command responds if they can let them go. The MPs then "detained" me and Luis Fernando, who were actual security guards and not prisoners in any capacity. If I remember correctly, you can't do that anymore: you can bring Survivors to the brig to search them, but you can't detain them indefinitely. As a result of my aHelping the unlawful detainment as well as the ongoing aforementioned marine assault on the hive, Oleg was most likely bombarded with Admin/Moderator messages trying to get clarification, which would obviously be detrimental to his ability to communicate.

Other than that, I can't provide much considering myself and Luis were stuck in the Holding Cell area for around 15 minutes.

No defense was made by any Xenomorph castes, not even a single weed on North max.

1 Praetorian pops out from the research, lead Marine forces within the LZ1 who was heading to LZ2 per orders, all the way to the chapel.
Constantly showing themselves, all the way to the max sec/chapel.
Braindead marinefied zombies followed the leading zombie who was tracking down that praetorian.
Saw the radio comms of the contact report. The group of braindead kept ongoing.
CO might have seen the contact by using the helmet cam, while that prae kept leading those Marines to west.

I was the burrower during the round and from what i remember most of the alpha got quickly wiped as all other squads started to pull back. After i got killed by a ob i heard as a ghost that he made a announcement putting all fault on tank as he gone to lz1 or something like this. Another thing is that he BE 2 marines that i am not sure if they shoot him yes or no.

It is not the first round were he had low communication or messed up the squads with new strategy or orders. As during another round my squad (alpha) had the duty of defending engie on prison and he made no announcement that the xenos are pushing hard south or that we need backup.

Okay CO's here. Actually did not realize that this report was about me until today.
Co here:
I joined 5 or so minutes into the round. I did not select LZ zone, if I recall ( I had two rounds of CO in row so that detail is hazy)

Now about actual rush part, From IC perspective it was sane thing to do. I mean Order squad to get to the civilian residence to save civilians.
Only ONE SQUAD received that order - Alpha. Delta was supposed to set up camp at chapel and just sit there. While Bravo is FOB and Charlie IO's escort(scout) and power duty. Charlie was not supposed to push residence or be near the FOB really.
Well and I'm certainly did not expect for Alpha to just rush there because I asked them to escort tank to civil residence meaning they will be busy with walls removal for the tank(made few announcements).
And yes, I assigned all spec's and SG's to one squad to try and shake things up a bit, because I don't really remember any other CO who did this. I see that It backfired in synergy with "go save civilians" order. Xeno thought they are overwhelmed by 4 squads.
It was one.

Now I don't know how tank is relevant to this report, but since someone brought it up - Tank decided to redeploy on LZ1 instead of waiting for lockdown lift or walls removal. They were supposed to wait. There is literally no ego involved whatsoever. They neglected a simple order because they wanted to shot asap. I can be wrong, but from what I gather Alpha followed xeno tails to the hive thus they dropped tank escort duty (which both supposed to slow them down and help tank).

Now about Prisoners part - yes that's absolutely on me. I've read advice on forum (still on me) I tried to shift responsibility on CMP and ordered him to put them in holding cell and fax about them. I can be wrong or I missed the message about survivors being security guards. At some point I received message from CMP that they got the fax and should and they (survies) should be let roam the ship. This is 100% my fault. I should've control situation more and eh micromanage this situation. I was distracted it's my fault.

Irrelevant towards report - Two bravos held me at gun point and called for lynch mob justice towards me.

Absolutely irrelevant - New strategies require training. Marines don't look kindly on new strategies (even if they are not actually new), but after few rounds they usually get it, making rounds less chaotic.
